I use to bring my vehicle to a ford dealer on the south shore for service. riverhead ford was able to find out what needed to be done , and there work is very good. I am very pleased with the service there , and trust there ability to get the work done. well done guys.
Ford of Riverhead has always been very helpful to all of or needs. There service is top notch, we take our fusion there along with my company's work trucks. I would highly recommend this dealer to my friends
Also this location no longer honors Ford's Owners Advantage program which gives money back for getting service done at the Ford dealer, so I no longer have any incentive to have work done at the dealer, which I won't be going to for oil changes or regular work as I can get incentives using local shops.
I'm in the market for a new vehicle soon and after this experience re-thinking Ford as a company.
This review is a mix of my thoughts on the dealership and Ford as a whole. Had recent issues and brought my vehicle in. The primary issue was fixed under warranty no issue. However it was found that lug nuts needed replacing, I've never heard of such a thing being needed unless you ran into a curb or had an accident, which hasn't happened. After some research I found faulty lug nuts due to poor design by Ford is a common issue and could leave a driver stranded with a flat. The dealer then expects you to pay for the lugs (or even at times new wheel studs) and labor which could become expensive. While the dealer did take care of the issue for me this time, it was only after I found damage to the wheels due to the work. There is currently a class action lawsuit in process for the lug nut issue!
The service department at Riverhead Ford is the best! They explain what's happening with your car and are never condescending when asked questions. They treat people with respect and go out of their way for their customers in many different ways. I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you!
Always very pleasant and do a great job on my car! They have front desk managers who really listen to your problem and mechanics who really know how to fix it! I've never been disappointed here! Thank you Riverhead food!
