Worst dealers we have ever dealt with (and our family has owned a good amount of cars and experience with car sales). Prior to purchasing our car, we were promised an oil change. Upon picking up the car, we noticed that the oil filter was not changed because the change date is written on the filter. We contacted the sales consultant that finalized our sale... He beat around the bush and made excuses about the oil change. Very unprofessional and fustrating. If we're paying out of pocket for a car and was promised an oil change, you should meet up your end of the bargain.
The saleswoman Linda and General Manager Anthony Mauro were outstanding in assisting me in purchasing the type of Subaru I was looking for. They went far and above any other dealership I have ever dealt with. I would absolutely recommend other family members and friends to visit this dealership.
Dropped my 2015 Cross Trek off 8 weeks ago with a transmission problem!
Call me crazy but I think the transmission should last longer than the payments on the car loan!

I still have no idea what the issue is or why it is taking this long. I have been very patient up to this point. I have spoken to Subaru main office and I am told they are working on it. They call me to tell me they will call me... but still no answers.
Waited for servicing; comfortable waiting room; pleasant staff. Able to get Saturday appointment with a wait of one week.
From the moment I entered the Subaru lot to the moment I picked up the car two days later, the experience was relaxed, and enjoyable. For the first time in many years, car shopping was a great experience. The car looked amazing with exact options I needed. my certified sales consultant Linda Manning was so nice and put no pressure on me to buy. she was knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not patronize me with sales gimmicks, I drove 90+ miles to purchase the car and every mile worth. Even the financing went smooth. This is my first Subaru but, will not be my last. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
