Bought my car here several years ago and used them for all service. While you can find a cheaper gas station mechanic, they have always been honest about repairs and excellent about providing free loaners. Staff is friendly and bends over to help out. My only gripe is that they don't wash your car, but they do give a coupon for a free car wash.
The service department is outstanding. The waiting area is nicer than my Lexus dealers waiting room. Service is always done right the first time and the prices are reasonable.
Waste of my time! I scheduled an appointment for a recall component 7 days in advance. They didn't have the part when I arrived!? They managed to send me a reminder email, but never checked to see if they have the part. I told them that I need a new tire sensor and most likely a new sensor for the transmission. All they did was turned off the warning lights and told me to come back when the lights will be on. Really!!! The codes will be saying the same thing. I guess changing sensors and checking if the parts are available is too much for them to handle at this service department. I will go to fix the problems where people actually want to work.

There service department is staffed with people who take care of you and your car when you bring it in for service. In 18 months I have nothing but praise for there attitude and caring.
