The room was nice. The beds were super comfy, and the bathroom was really nice. Breakfast lastly longer then some hotels i stayed in so it gave me alittle extra time to sleep in!
Room was spacious, very clean with a comfortable king size bed. Hotel staff was very pleasant and always with a smile. Helped me find a hair salon to do my hair. Printed out a map to the near beach. The breakfast was included and phenomenal... had a variety of cold and hot items ex: scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, scones, pancakes, waffles, c'mom rolls, milk, yogurt, fresh apples wrapped, etc. Parking on the premises. Lots of restaurants to eat. Shopping mall within distance. Vineyards very close. Beautiful ambiance. WE will definitely return.
Made a reservation for my parents the night of my engagement party with another hotel booking website, paid for hotel, have confirmation e-mails from both the hotel booking site and from holiday Inn expressed, the night of we called hotel to let them know we would be checking in late and we were told I had no reservation! I had to speak with holiday inn customer service and they spoke with the hotel while me being on the hold and I was told by the customer service department that hotel management went into the computer and changed the dates on my reservation to an earlier date, and there was nothing they could do for me, they were very un-professional on the phone, extremely mean, was told I was getting a refund (got nothing) and that a manager will call me the next day and no one contacted me. No one refunded me and my credit card company is still in dispute with the hotel. Didn't even get to the hotel and It was a horrible experience. I do not recommend!
This location of Holiday Inn Express was a very good experience check in was fast, customer service friendly and informative! The room was very comfortable I slept well! My two favorite parts of my stay was the 24 hour gym ( it was small but I was the only one in there at 11 p.m. at night) and breakfast is included with your stay! I have to be to work at 7 to 7:30 in the morning and I love the fact that their breakfast starts at 6 a.m. which gives me enough time to eat and then make it to work on time! Other hotels in the area either don't offer breakfast in the morning or breakfast start at 7am which doesn't work for me! I also like the fact that there's a lot of restaurants to choose from which is literally walking distance!
Smell like pot. In the lobby asked the front desk and she said you are asking about the weed. I was amazed not in a good way
