This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel and it is quite a wonderful location. You are directly across from the outlet centers and there are a fair amount of interesting destinations nearby. You have easy on off access to the Long Island Expressway. The facilities are clean modern and quite attractive. There is both a swimming pool and a hot tub. The staff are very attentive, professional and some of the finest employees I've experienced in the Hilton chain. I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting the Riverhead area of Long Island. Enjoy!
Everything is clean and organized at this hotel. Room was clean and well kept. Lobby is nice, pool/spa are clean. Breakfast is 11.95, but it is all you can eat and food was solid. Solid location, but you can only turn right out of the parking lot so you have to drive down some before circling back around to get in to Riverhead, Nothing extravagant, will meet all your needs.
I would highly recommend this hotel. It was my 3rd time visiting and staying here. I was treated as a "special" guest at check in and greeted by every employee I saw. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and service was great. I would highly recommend staying here.
The service was friendly and fast. Everything was clean. I enjoyed the everhead fan in the room as it moved the air around even when the ac cycled off. Breakfast was well done. I always forget that each kid eats free with each adult breakfast. I always factor in the price of breakfast when booking a hotel and that certainly makes it more reasonable. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
Staff friendly. Breakfast great selection! But we had a spot in the middle of our room that was very sticky and we had to put a towel over it or walk in it! Totally Gross! We let them know every day we where there? It was never cleaned!!!
