I frequently have been using this post office to send packages This morning it was myself and another woman in the postoffice The mail person proceeded to have a lengthy conversation with the other customer ,while I was busy making 2 labels. When I finished I approached the line to the counter holding 2 medium size boxes and they proceeded to talk and talk. THer business was obviously done They both looked over at me 2 x and continued. Another mail person came to the counter doing his thing. They looked at each other. I guess wondering who was going to take me. Well no one !!! The women kept talking the other mail person looked down as I held my boxes. It may not have been as long as It felt but one thing for sure BEYOND RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I left with my boxes NEVER to return EVER!!!
This was my first time using the post office, the staff was very helpful with getting my packages mailed today.
I sent my laptop out to the company to get fixed as it was freezing, brand new 2 months old and in perfect condition. One of the clerks that attended to me helped me by boxing and bubble wrapping my laptop into the box which was very nice of him to, when I asked about insurance . He told me that insurance was included already . What he did fail to tell me was it was only covered for 50.00 . If I wanted additional insurance I could have purchased it. If I knew that I would have definitely done that without a doubt. 4 days later my laptop returns and the top flap part is dented and the whole screen is cracked. The company said it was out of warranty because of the damage and sent it back. So now I basically have a dented , broken screen laptop which I can't use and their only solution is claiming $50.00 ? They called me because I put in a complaint . And the lady that called me back which I won't mention name was nasty and did not come up with any type of solution to resolve this , she said she spoke to her clerk and I guess took his word that he did tell me . So this is all I got out of this problem . Terrible , I will never go back there ever .
If I did that. At my job I would be shown the door
