Showed up early and provided a really smooth and comfortable ride. Driver was polite and professional and the car was a late model escalade SUV. Very competitive price.

Arranged for an early morning pick up the night before. They quoted a usurious price, saying they charged extra for early pick ups. I agreed, thinking that would at least ensure they'd come. I was wrong. They blew me off. When I called they said the driver had car trouble. But they never cancelled the pick up and I missed my train!
Booked taxi at 16:10 for a trip to restaurant at 18:30. Didn't show up. Rang the office to find out what's going on. Was put on hold for a few minutes. A man could not explain the situation properly. Had to Cancel.
