I visited once to have my watch fixed. While I felt the store was a little tacky in terms of decor and selection, it did not matter to me as I was there for a repair. The sole employee did not really even acknowledge my presence in the store for about 10 minutes until he was done fixing a piece for another customer standing in front of me. That being said, once it was my turn he was attentive , helpful, and accommodating. I will return if I need repairs in the future.
Very attentive and good service. Watches got new batteries in 10 minutes and my necklace will be fully fixed....again
Great service. The owner is very friendly, helpful and accommodating! The jewelry is very nice and Al can fix just about everything!
Open only until 5pm that’s not really good for costumes ...we wish if some days been open until 7 pm
Terrible prices, did not compare to neighboring jewelers
