I can't say enough good things about our experience at Stat Health Riverhead, NY. I called ahead and spoke to Jamie, who was professional, informative and kind over the phone and in person as well. Everyone we encountered on the staff was wonderful and professional. We didn't have to wait too long. We were seen by Dr. Hunt, who did a very thorough exam, specifically tailored to the reason we visited Stat. Both checking in and out was handled quickly and efficiently. It was a very positive experience from beginning to end and we would highly recommend Stat Health in Riverhead. Thank you :)
I was going to try Stat Health, but forget it now. I wanted to understand how much it would cost & asked the associate on the phone to verify the cost. I was happy to provide my insurance info...She insisted that I had to be there. Why on earth would you let your staff say to a potential patient. "Well that is the way we run here...I need the card in my hand to verify the number??!!" Not a good way to start...you have plenty of competition these days. I would suggest a front end staff that is more congenial.
