Outstanding customer support at this location. Beth and Anthony are absolutely tremendous. They helped me find my perfect couch but also helped with a refund error (that didn't even happen in their store). There are probably 20 locations closer to my house but I will absolutely be back to this one!
Our store experience was a good one. Karen Smith was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Karen was helpful in helping us make the right love seat choice. The 2 delivery men Marco and Marcio were very nice. They delivered our order, put together ,and moved all into our home without issue. They were friendly and hard working. Beth was outstanding! She made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked through the door and did not make us feel pressured at all to purchase anything we didn’t want nor need. She explained every detail about all the furniture we were interested in (mind you we walked the whole store at least 5 times) and was very friendly. Make sure if you go to the riverhead location she is the one you see. You will leave feeling great about your purchase instead of feeling like you’ve just been handled. Will definitely be buying all my furniture for my new home from her! 5 Stars!

10/27/2017 - Had an excellent experience at Bob's Discount Furniture in Riverhead today! Beth Marcello greeted me at the door and became my sales rep. She was friendly, courteous and informative, and had a vast knowledge of all of the products for sale. I gave her my price range and she gave me options and suggestions that I would not have thought of.
