Homeside Florist is the best! The flowers they use must be the freshest because they will last at least one week and often will last almost two! The staff is friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. If you want something unusual, they will work with you to create just the right arrangement you desire. They are real artists!
Got a beautiful bouquet as a gift, and all the flowers died within 4 days. My mother got a similar arrangement the same day for her birthday - June 28,, from Shoreham Florist. They are still flourishing. Called Homeside, but they were not interested. They said I should have called earlier. They were unavailable all 4th of July weekend.. So, no, they do not really stand behind their product.
Of course I didn't expect the delivered bouquet to look exactly like the picture but what was delivered was puny. The woman at the shop said that's because the photo online has "all of the flowers pushed to the front" (So bascially, the photo is totally misleading. So when I look at my flowers from the front it will look totally different from the front photo online...it is no where near as full as the online photo). Even more absurd is that she offered to Pick THEM BACK UP if I wasn't happy...yeah, great solution- go knock on my mom's door and take her flowers back. What a absolutely stupid suggestion. No apology. No nothing. How about no reorder from this place ever again.
I love this this place! They have a huge greenhouse and always such an interesting selection of plants. Sometimes I go there just for a tropical escape from winter. They have the best selection of succulents and there is always something exotic in the orchid room. Also the staff is super friendly and helpful.
