Big box electronics store. Phone sales area can be extremely busy, long waits. Best to go mid-day during the weekdays. Friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable.
Pc purchased, very slow and sluggish during set-up. Returned to customer service, where they were extremely cordial and professional and swapped out the item for me, which worked like a charm. This was not an open box purchase. Very much satisfied with the service.
*** BB replaced our dud dryer and all appliances bought from BB work fine now. Being super cool with this 4 star rating but 1/50 dryers are duds so it happens. BB has a great return policy and it just gets hairy with the deliveries and installations so try to avoid this if/when you can.
Good prices, decent selection but I would LOVE to purchase electronics with less (preferably none) of the sexism/misogyny. Seriously I am 36 years old, I have used a computer since I was 6 ... so no, I do not appreciate a guy who has just recently completed puberty calling me out of my name and providing basic info that I did not ask for. I might as well have been at a Car Dealer being show the lighted vanity mirror for easy lipstick application.
Really nice experience with Nicki in appliances. Had to get the Manager involved in my purchase a bit. But she did everything. Awaiting her follow up call. But they have earned my business because of her knowledge & professionalism!!
