THIS PERSON IS VERRRY COLD, INSENSITIVE AND VOID OF COMPASSION. SHE MADE OUR TRAGIC EXPERIENCE MUCH WORSE FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED. SHE BROUGHT US TO TEARS SEVERAL TIMES. I COULD GO ON BUT THINGS ARE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT FOR US RIGHT NOW. WE JUST FELT THAT ANYONE HAVING LOST A LOVED ONE SHOULD KNOW SO THEY DON'T GO THROUGH WHAT SHE'S PUT US THROUGH.
