Unbelievable that it costs $19 for an exterior only wash with tire shine but yet still they refuse to dry the door panels, while leaving all windows and mirrors still wet. I actually had to finish dry my car when i got home.
To further add insult to that cost, they wouldn't even clean off what ever little dust is left on your rims prior to applying the tire shine liquid... this is a perfect example of why people clean their own cars...
These guys were so friendly. They did a fantastic job on my car!! Its so much nicer to come here now with the new ownership. They cleaned the place up and treat you with respect and with quality customer service, something the old owner knew nothing about! Best of Luck ! You won me over I'll be singing your praise to all my friends!!!!
I was actually very disappointed this time around . Having a white car your able to see everything as I observed the two people cleaning my car the one guy did as much as he could for one person while the younger girl barely did anything didn't seem motivated as she flagged me down I noticed my windshield still dirty and my whole left side streaks of dirt and on my trunk. The amount of time I waited felt like it could of been better was not worth the money . Three stars for the one guy trying his best .
I called earlier today to get some VERY basic information on car detailing. The girl who answered had such a profoundly bored and indifferent attitude that I knew it would not end well. It came as no revelation that she knew next to nothing about the business other than hours of operation and even that was like a tooth extraction; "you'll have to talk to the guys out back" (I think she actually yawned!!!). I think she was still droning a bit as I let the call go. No prob...another business just down the street, but can you imagine how much business a place like this loses due to some idiot wage slave representing them?

Follow up: Someone, I believe Pat, very promptly responded constructively to my complaint and this alone demonstrates that they take their business seriously. I retract my comments and I do understand the nature of the exchange now (always a mistake to presume someone's attitude over the telephone, so my apologies to her). I actually had the work completed at Absolute, but I will consider you guys in the future.
In the three or four times I've been here the car came out alright, clean but with water spots.
Edit: Just came back and talked to the owner, Pat and he cleared everything up. If you have a problem with how the car turned out, talk to him.
