My car was totaled and I went straight to Enterprise to rent until I could get a new car. Everything went so smoothly between my insurance company and Enterprise. The staff was very helpful and they set me up with a beautiful, 2 month old car. I needed to be taken care of nicely after my accident and they did. I highly recommend Enterprise.
Overpriced and rude manager
Always s great expierence with enterprise (Riverhead location)! The staff was always very heIpful and called to see how i was doing with the vehicle. I have been in two car accidents in which i ended up needing a rental car. I chose Enterprise both times and never had any problems! Infact, after my recent car accident where my car was totalled, i ended up buying a used Enterprise rental car!
