A beautiful peaceful park for resting, BBQing, and just enjoying time with friends and family. If you drive a little further in, theres a little lake, as well as beach, it's not like your average beach that's always packed and full. It's so empty and pretty. My family and I have been going here for few years now, it's lot of fun.
Great campground! Last night 6/17/17 was our third time. Usually very quiet. Not last night. Special thanks to whichever group had the music blaring 80's dance music / karaoke singing, shouting, screaming, and cheering until past 2am. Don't know why the park allows that all night. Watch out, the ticks are crazy this year. Pulled nymph deer ticks, deer ticks, and lone star ticks off my family.
Beautiful rustic campground right near Peconic Bay. Makes you'd forget you're only 50 miles from NYC.
Amazing place to spend quality time with your family and friends. We hadn't had this much fun all together in a long time. I recommend this place to everyone. You will have a great time. The camp ground also has clean bathrooms, where there are well maintained and clean shower stalls as well to wash up in. There is also running water at each site, at a small daily fee. Again FUN and relaxing for the whole family and friends. A GREAT place to come and relax and enjoy Nature. It is also DOG FRIENDLY
